Spearmint or botanical name: Menta spicata, has been native to Meditteran and now it  grows worldwide. It tends to improve mood and has been used since the Middle Ages for tooth whitening.

Due to the volatile oils, Spearmint holds antimicrobial and anti-parasitic as weak as anti-fungal effects, and it tends to help with diabetes,  inflammation, and possibly cancer.
