Passionflower: Botanical Name: Passiflora incarnata is native to Northern America but has been cultivated world wide. It is calming, soothing to the body and spirit and helps you cope with stress. Its constituents are Flavonoids (including apigenin, luteolin,  quercetin, kaempferol, and vitexin, Alkaloids (harmine, harmaline, harmalol, harman,  and harmin), Phenolic acid, Essential oil, Sterols. It may be beneficial for tension headaches, anxiety, and insomnia.
