Produced by Marija Petrovic at 105 E 6th Street Jacksonville, FL 32206 in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.

Dandelion is a useful herb to have in the kitchen and all parts of the plant can be used,  but we are offering the Dandelion root, unroasted.  

Is a quite nutritious herb with magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron as well as some B  vitamins, folate, and antioxidants and may be anti-inflammatory, may be potentially useful  to balance blood sugar and lipids metabolism as well as help with skin care, liver health  and cancer treatment, but more research is needed. There are no specific cautions other than a history of allergy to any of the plant chemicals.
